Learn Homebase (learnhomebase.com) is a free AI certification program backed by Microsoft and GitHub. We help you prepare for and earn Microsoft and GitHub certifications, including GH-900, GH-600, and AI-103. You can reach us anytime at support@vcinc.ai.

When you use this site, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number.
• The name of anyone who referred you, if you tell us.
• Your assessment and quiz answers, results, and your assigned study track.
• Your study progress, including completed guide sections, XP, streaks, and practice exam scores.
• Basic usage analytics and events, such as which pages you visit and when.
• Device and browser data, like your browser type and screen size, so the site works well for you.

We use this information to:

• Create your account and deliver your study materials.
• Personalize your study path based on your assessment results.
• Send you program emails and texts about your study path, events, and certification deadlines.
• Improve the site and understand how students use it.

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

We share information only with the providers that help us run the program, and only for that purpose:

• Our CRM and marketing provider (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), which stores your contact details and sends program messages.
• Our email, authentication, and hosting providers, which let you sign in securely and keep the site running.

These providers process your data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

When you enroll, we send emails and, with your consent, text messages about your study path, study sprints, and certification deadlines. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out anytime: reply STOP to any text message, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

We use browser local storage to keep your sign-in session and save your study progress on your device, so you can pick up where you left off, even offline. We use basic analytics to count visits and understand which parts of the program help students most. We do not use advertising trackers.

We keep your account and study progress while you are in the program so your work stays with you across devices. If you ask us to delete your data, we will remove it, subject to any records we must keep for legal or program reporting purposes.

You can access, correct, or delete your personal information, and ask questions about how we handle it. To make a request, email support@vcinc.ai. We respond to every request as quickly as we can.

We protect your data with access controls, encrypted connections, and role-based permissions. No system is perfect, but we treat your information with the same care we would want for our own.

Learn Homebase is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has given us their information, contact us at support@vcinc.ai and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the program grows. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced to enrolled students.
